Ex 3: Person 1: hover 50 sec (2 rounds) Person 2: hurdles over (20/10 x 2) Swap then repeat that makes 8 rounds. Ex 4: box (rock) jumps Ex 5: ab curl variations Note: we never do "proper burpees" (where people lay on ground and relax). Breaking down the burpee into partial movements is harder.

Its about control not strength.... 1 Dumbbell "unbalances" the body & therefore the body (core stabilising muscles) have to work harder to perform the movements correctly. We tackled the hill (well part of it) 5 times did about 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 50 rows and then enjoyed some freshly cooked bacon and egg rolls (by chef pete) and freshly made fruit salad by Sarah Royds.
