24.01.2022 This is the first batch of Curry Paste we ever made. My Grandma taught me.... A few months latter I was headed to a christmas party and wanted to take a gift. I had these jars and quickly whipped out some masking tape to write on. Our home address at the time was house number 45! So if you've ever wonder how we got our name it's as simple as that!! Number 45 Curry Paste!!!

15.01.2022 We weren't the only ones gifted the moorish recipe for our Curry Paste. We've got ANOTHER sister too and she and her husband cook the recipe under their label..... 06.01.2022 Beautiful Jade Morgan shared her fave No. 45 curry paste recipe a few weeks ago... give this a try: This is what I call my {NUMBER 45 YUMMY BOWL} I put some curry paste on a couple of pieces of sweet potato and roasted that in the oven. I also put a dash of curry paste with some chicken pan fried it. I then blanched some broccoli, chucked in some spring onions and sultanas. And last but not least, I put it on a bed of cous cous.... Next time I am going to try brown rice! Yum yum
