09.01.2022 Families safety remains a top priority and we ask that you read the below, after the weekends announcement on measures the Government is implementing to slow the spread of Covid-19. While we aim to keep the centre open to continue to provide stability and a fun space for children to find enjoyment in learning, we are asking parents, students and our tutors to please follow advice from our health authorities https://www.health.gov.au//novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov-hea regard...ing hygiene. This includes washing or sanitising hands before each lesson. Tutors will also wipe all surfaces between classes. Children or families from affected schools or areas are asked not to attend the centre for the required 14 days isolation period. All children or staff who are unwell are, as a precaution, asked to also not attend the centre. We will be endeavouring to move the children in and out as quickly as possible before and after lessons to respect the social distancing measures of which the government has asked us to be aware. It may be comforting to know that NumberWorksnWords has provided children with the joy of learning for over 30 years. You can continue to count on us to support you to maintain your childrens ongoing enjoyment from making progress and reaching milestones within the centre. There may be some inconvenience experienced in the short term but we hope that these measures will minimise the potential disruption this outbreak could have on every childs learning.
