14.01.2022 A few weeks ago, I had the privilege and absolute pleasure to be asked by Chef Eamon Barrett to a menu tasting. Oh. My. Freaking Lord. I’m still dreaming about that 4 course dinner... that carrot purée! Eamon has worked in hatted restaurants, Michelin starred restaurants, gastro pubs, private members clubs, 5 star hotels, cafes and bakeries and gained experience within French, British, Italian, Japanese and modern Australian cuisine. And I’m sold. I had to share. I cannot recommend him enough for your first/next/once-in-a-lifetime private dinner party. I know mine will be sooner rather than later ;)
