From now until the end of the year I'll be offering appointments on Thursdays and Saturdays to work towards completing my Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine. It's important that we stay centred, focused and strong, and maintain our physical, mental and emotional health in every way we can. Exercise and movement can help us do that, and even more so in a safe social setting. Our safety and health are paramount in any activity we choose to undertake in the current environment, so... classes are structured in a way that we can maintain strict hygiene standards and observe Australian Government guidelines and social distancing recommendations to help stop the spread of COVID-19. If you are not considered at high risk of getting COVID-19 virus and are not in close contact with high risk members of the community, I welcome you to enjoy the benefits of Contemporary Pilates in an open-air setting.
