09.01.2022 Don't make friends with Salad.. Don't make friends with SALAD... Oh YES you do!! ... My own simple and easy.. Broc Cranberry Slaw! - Broccoli chopped (desired size) - 1/3 cup of mixed seeds. I used @pimp.my.salad Super seed mix. - 1/4 of dried cranberries reduced sugar. Dressing - 1/2 cup of Plain Greek yoghurt - 2 Tbs of Balsamic Vinegar - 1 Tbs of Extra Virgin olive oil - 1 Tbs of Caramelised onion 1.Steam Broccoli to desired firmness (I did mine until almost soft for the kids) 2. Cool Broccoli in the fridge. 3. Add seeds and cranberries 4. Blend dressing ingredients in processor. 5. A main issue with all clients I see is their veggie intake, which hold so many important nutrients for our bodies! *5 Serves of Veggies a day is the recommendation*... 1/2 cup = 1 serve Doesn't have to be simply only eating a bowl of Vegetables for lunch, add in extras to all of your meals. Can be as simple as cooking extra at night for your salad/roll/sanwhich or meal the next day.
