Since the government stopped massage, I have been looking into and personally trialing different methods that promote relaxation and healing to the mind and body. 19.01.2022 ECZEMA!!! Other than the obvious benefits that come from magnesium baths, e.g feeling relaxed, pain relief etc... I have found magnesium baths FANTASTIC for relieving eczema.
