21.01.2022 Club member and Karratha resident Antoine Schmitt was enjoying a mid week dive & shot this horse Mackie yesterday! Unfortunately the small esky and the hot sun made him have to fillet it straight away and it couldnt be weighed... So whats everyones thoughts?? 25+ kg??

07.01.2022 If a spearfisher shoots a Spanish Mackerel in the ocean without being registered for the NWSFC Triple Treat, did he even shoot it?? @liquidluke_ "New PB Spaniard today weighing in @ over 27kg, yeeeeew After a slow morning diving 20+ meters looking for elusive reds, we decided to have a quick snorkel around some rocks close to shore. This beauty suprised me by cruzing up alongside me in roughly 2 metres of water. As slowly and smoothly as I could I swung the spear slinger around and planted 7.5mm of spring steel in his thinker. He stopped dead in his tracks without even the flutter of a pec fin." #nwsfc #tripletreat

Wally Galli brought back a 3.6kg Mangrove Jack but didnt beat his 3.93kg from a few weeks ago. He still holds the lead here. ... Maxime Rossi shot is PB with a 21.28kg Makie and thought he would take the lead on the makies section... however, that didnt last long when Wally Galli brought home a 22.35kg seconds later!
