19.01.2022 Steel Frames Are Up! The first steel frames are up and our soon to be new residents have been excitably discussing and coordinating their internal colour schemes. Providing a quality-built home is important to us at Oakland Village and the entire construction process from the original design and earthworks to the management of each build is personally overseen by us. We appreciate you all taking the time to join us on-site to see the Village and learn about what the future holds for Oakland Village and Oakland Estate as a whole. The projects within Oakland Estate that are either finalised or underway are all a part of the larger network. As the town inevitably grows, connecting community and charity organisations to work collectively together, now and in the future, builds a stronger structure and network for our region. Windows have been delivered and installed; colour matched to suit the overall aesthetic. The gyprock for the internal wall sheeting is here and will be set and ready for the painters to come through very soon. As each day passes, we move a step closer to the first of the Villa owners moving in!
