23.01.2022 Still room for our first hobby event of 2021!
22.01.2022 If you have listened to episode 77 of the podcast you will know these are coming but we just had them go to print and I wanted to share! Made of neoprene so they wont slip on the table and printed with the 40mm objective size as well as a 6" marker (in case we ever go back to measuring to the centre) and numbered (in case we go back to numbered objectives in future missions) we have done our best to future proof these for players. These should be here just in time for WATC f...or you to buy and use. We do have a very limited number of sets to start with but if they are popular we will order a second batch. For our patrons, we wanted something special for them so the artwork was modified with our latin motto - jump on google translate (latin to english) to find out what that means. We will open up orders for these this weekend - stay tuned!

12.01.2022 Our crusade event in June should be live shortly, our Armourdale event in July will actually be a 3000 point onslaught matched play event (sadly as Apocalypse seems to be OOP) and we will have a 1 day charity event in July as well raising money for a men's mental health service as well as a new dads support group. We hit August with a 1 day singles GT event before September sees WATC hit the Perth Community. October has us with some doubles action and November will sneak in another 1 day GT before the End of 2021 2 day Perth GT (masters). Working hard to get the players packs and tickets sorted for you all!
12.01.2022 Episode 87: Moneyball (for gamers) With so many new releases for pretty much every game system it can be hard to work out what is worth your time investment hobby wise and game wise, so in this episode we try and explain how you can look at things differently and get the most from units that the internet turns it back on Moneyball style.... https://objectivesecured.com.au/episode-87-moneyball-for-g/
12.01.2022 Live 30 September 2020
11.01.2022 WATC 2021 is going to be huge if the last 24 hours is anything to go by. We have 13 paid teams so far and I am aware of at least 5 more teams already gathering the ticket money from players. Breaking 22 teams of 2020 now doesn't seem so far fetched and that's exciting for sure. We have a soft cap of 24 teams but can easily accommodate 28-30 teams for the weekend. If you are looking for a team, post in the ObSec gamers group or in one of the WA 40k club pages or groups - I'm sure you will find others keen to play. You can also get in touch with us and we will help you find a team if we can. We are off to build (and likely buy!) more terrain - WATC 2021 is going to be BIG!

08.01.2022 Today we unite (as with many countries around the world) for a moments silence to honour Remembrance Day. Thinking of all of those who have marched off not only those who did not return. We have quite a few military service personnel, vets and spouses as part of our ObSec community some of whom are on active duty at the moment and you are in our thoughts.

01.01.2022 Spoiler alert in the title right? I took my foot harlequins off for another run at a recent tournament Soldiers of Fortune, hosted by the Toy Soldier Cartel. 3 Games, 1 day, 2000 points, 2 and a half hour rounds. The list remains essentially unchanged from the previous post (check that out HERE) save for 2 things. I opted to spend 2cp pregame on the Great Harlequin stratagem and swapped player of light to player of twilight for the warlord trait.
