Impress your mum, friends or coworkers by showing up with this thing of beauty. 15 desert portions or 30 coffee portions... Due to circumstances beyond my control I had an extra cake baked this week. As such I got to play around with some techniques that I've been wanting to try out including the making of the larger crystal rocks - which I am totally in love with.
