18.01.2022 Say hello to your new staple recipe, it's a chicken curry unlike any youve had before! Easy, warm, delicious and hearty, heres how to make it. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Cook 2 cloves garlic, 2tsp ginger and an onion for three minutes until onion is translucent. Add 500g chicken and cook. Once chicken is cooked through, add 2.5tsp curry powder and cook for two minutes. Add 270mls coconut milk and 375mls chicken stock. Stir, and allow to simmer, ...for 10 minutes until sauce reduces and thickens. Add cup peas and a pinch of salt. Cook for a further two minutes, then taste to see if it needs more salt. Garnish with coriander and serve over rice, noodles or mashed potato! See more
