21.01.2022 19/3/2020 We have had a few clients ask if we are still operating, the answer is yes! As details of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) unfold many of our clients are wondering what we are doing to keep you and your homes safe. Like you we are diligently monitoring the Australian department of health for updates and any changes that might affect the way we serve you and your family. Currently no one on our team has the virus and we trust that your family is free from i...t as well. We will continue to provide you the same excellent service you are used to from us. We have also been using and continue to use hand sanitizer before entry and after exiting each customer home as well as wearing disposable gloves while cleaning each home to maintain the integrity of that home without cross contamination. Current expects suggest that person-to-person spread is possible when one person who is contagious is in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet.) And the disease is spread through respiratory droplets that are produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. We are using the appropriate recommended disinfectants/bleaches during this time and playing close attention to door handles,light switches and tapwear to avoid further spreading. For your protection while in your home, we will keep our 6-foot distance from you and your pets. Like you, we too are concerned and will keep you informed if our health status changes. We have an automatic system that is having a bit of a meltdown. If you are not receiving your regular invoices could you please message us so we can sort this out. Again, super sorry! 06.01.2022 As Christmas and the holiday season approaches we ask that if you are planning on being away and will not require your clean that you let us know asap so that we can alter the schedule. As a family run business it is important to us that myself and my staff get to spend adequate time with our families so knowing the roster in advance is very important. There will be a few days over the holidays that we will not be operating and if your clean falls on this day I will let you know in advance about changing your day. Also if you are a new client wanting to fit a clean in over the holidays please contact us asap to book in as we will be closing the books for the year very very soon and would hate to turn you down.
