09.01.2022 In a time where the corona virus has greatly impacted our lives , let’s make sure we are treating our bodies as best we can . By eating healthy and exercising regularly we can greatly improve our immune systems . This amazing system not only helps against this particular virus , but other viruses , infections , and diseases . Your immune system is far stronger then you think and being stuck indoors out of fear is causing us to become more unhealthy and more susceptible . Get outdoors , get as active as possible, soak up that vitamin D, swim in mineral rich ocean water , get out of the city .

09.01.2022 DB full body workout for this legend . Would you believe she’s lost over 8kg since the 1st of March !? Sudden and fast weight loss is the worst thing you can do to your body , 9/10 people try this approach and 9/10 people fail and end up putting more weight back on and sometimes quitting exercise all together.... Ciara’s weight loss is a perfect example of a steady , attainable weight loss , a drip feed of weight loss if you will . It’s allowed her body AND mind to gradually adjust to the increase in activity , whilst not overwhelming her mental health . The key thing here is , we never even spoke about weight loss in the weeks we’ve been training, Ciara was actually the first to bring up how much she’s lost . Not because I didn’t care , but because as I’ve said to Ciara, I wanted her to enjoy the process and not focus solely on a number . I wanted her to focus on her fitness and mobility improvements rather then the scales , because by seeing how fittter and more mobile she is getting , it builds her motivation, it ( subconsciously) acts as a huge driver for her confidence and perseverance. This is the formula ALL trainers should be using with their clients , forget the scales , forget immediately eliminating all bad foods , focus on getting the client to enjoy the process and see what their body’s are capable of , the rest ...well that will naturally fall into place , because the client will WANT , truly want it to fall into place . Motivate the mind first , and everything else will vastly follow suit .
