25.01.2022 Shadow of the Skytree is "an epic fantasy that’s uncomfortably reflective of today’s world, though it wasn’t intended to be." Check out this interview with Odyssey author K.J. Taylor by fellow Canberran author Chris Andrews.

24.01.2022 COVER REVEAL! The Ruby Locket, by Melissa Wray When Saxon finds a girl with no memory on the outskirts of the Nevertyre community, his family take her in and nurse her back to health. He is wary of this stranger but compelled to learn more about her. He soon realises the danger they all face.... When Kerina wakes she must fight to make sense of her situation, but she is haunted by images of her past. She is the key to the future, she just doesn’t know it yet. To find answers Kerina and Saxon must work together. They set off on a quest of self-discovery. Along the way they meet allies, enemies and uncover truths too difficult to accept. 16.01.2022 This interview with memoirist Jody Forrester, on the wonderful Clare Elizabeth Rhoden's blog, celebrates the launch of our latest release, Guns Under the Bed. The book will appeal to people interested in the sixties and early seventies who either participated in or are curious about the anti-Vietnam War protest movement and the process of political radicalisation.

14.01.2022 A huge congratulations to Joanna Piatek (photographer) and Michelle Lovi for winning a silver medal in the prestigious Iris Professional Photography Awards for their book Kapiti: A Portrait Through Food. 14.01.2022 Guess what? Today I got to hang out with Libraries ACT filming a promo video for their first ever 'story walk', for which they decided to feature The Adventurou...s Princess!! I am so thrilled! The story walk idea is a COVID safe event so that familes can engage with books and the library without having to worry about numbers of people inside. If you live in Canberra, go check it out! It's a beautiful 1km walk from the Library around the lake to read all the parts of the story, and there's even the opportunity to do your own illustrations! (Conveniently child-height, not so much for adults!). I'll share the video (going to be so cheesy!) when it's up.

07.01.2022 Happy publication day to Rod Taylor, author of Ten Journeys on a Fragile Planet. Humanity is sliding toward a collision between global warming, resource depletion, and population growth. The evidence is daunting but we are hampered by anti-science demagogues who tell us everything’s okay, that we’ll run forever on our current course. The problem we are facing is on a global scale, far beyond any individual. It can be overwhelming and it is difficult to remain cheerful. In Te...n Journeys on a Fragile Planet, journalist Rod Taylor interviews ten outstanding Australians who have and are doing something to confront the perilous state of the environment. This book tells their stories. https://www.odysseybooks.com.au/titles/9781925652789/

07.01.2022 "For the sake of our species’ survival, success and yes, even our spiritual fulfillment we must evolve from the planet’s greatest polluters to its greatest stewards."

01.01.2022 @razumova: You have made a documentary for The History Channel in cooperation with Oxford University geneticist George Busby about the search for the DNA of Jesus. This sounds a fascinating - and tantalising - idea. What inspired you to pursue this quest? @jesustattoos: Well, I was their twentieth pick as the host, LMBO. They could not find a biblical scholar who actually believed. For every other bible expert it was just an academic pursuit, but for me, the academics increa...sed my faith. *** Read the full interview by clicking on the link below.
