25.01.2022 Hello everyone - its that time of year again. Schools have begun releasing their Back to School lists (all at the same time!) and we have been busy applying our pricing to them as we get them. We have a small backlog at the moment but by the end of the week we should have Undurba, Moreton Downs and Kurwongbah lists ready to go. Others that we get will follow soon after. Please note that this year there will be no book packs going out until they are paid for in full before...hand. We offered credit to a few people who seemed genuine in the last few years and sadly we had a number of them "disappeared" on us. We are a small family business and this was heartbreaking after the amount of work we put in. But dont be fooled - they are trying to tie you into ordering early before you have a chance to compare. We have ample stocks arriving soon for next years lists. 20.01.2022 ****LAYBY SERVICE FOR SCHOOL STATIONERY**** We now offer a Layby service for school book packs at the end of the year. We all know what an expensive time of the year it can be in December and January. To help alleviate the pain of paying for your book packs we can help by spreading out the cost. We have set up a dedicated bank account for this purpose which is now active. You can deposit any amount into this account and build up a balance which we will then deduct from th...e cost of your book pack at the end of the year. There are over 20 weeks until the end of the school year and with the average book pack costing about $100 all you would need to do is deposit $5.00 a week on layby and your pack would be paid for. The account details are enclosed below and when making a deposit please put your childs name and surname as the description. Our team have been working round the clock getting your orders together (waiting for stock from suppliers has been our biggest issue) and hundreds have left already. There are another 500 due to go out this week so can you please be patient - all orders placed up to mid-December should be delivered by next weekend. All other orders will follow a few days later. The volume of calls e-mails, texts, Facebook posts etc has been phenomenal - were sorry if we cant get back to you straight away but were doing our best. Traffic to our Facebook page has increased by over 8,000% and all other stats (shares etc - thank you nice people) by similar amounts. 10.01.2022 Hi all. We know you are all keen to get your Back to School packs. All orders placed by our cut off date have either been delivered or will be thereby the 20th as promised on the order form. All orders placed in December will be delivered by the 20th as well All late orders placed in January will be delivered by the 25th at the latest It takes us 5 minutes and 20 seconds to pick an order on average so every time we have to stop to tell you your order will be with you by the day promised it slows us down. Please be patient with us as this is our busiest time of the year and we are working round the clock 7 days a week to get the orders out

10.01.2022 To all the people who placed late orders and we kindly agreed to supply you and told you they would be out this week. Can you please stop ringing,emailing, faxing, and phoning about your orders - its Tuesday. We promised wed get them to you and we will but only if you let us. We have lost half a days picking time answering your queries just to tell you that yes you will get your orders. We have about 100 orders to go and about 50 phone calls so far today. Help us to help you and please keep your calls to a minimum

09.01.2022 Please, please , please can you limit your calls as we are flat out concentrating on picking and sending your orders to you. All orders received by the cut off date of the 21st of December will be delivered by this weekend. All order that were sent as jpegs, off your phone, via fax or not on our order form means we have to reprocess them and they will follow early next week. All orders placed after cut off date will be delivered by Wednesday or Thursday next week. If your money has left your bank account we have it - we will contact you if there is an issue. Every phone call, text, e-mail etc is diverting our staff from picking your order so please help us to help you by contacting us only if really necessary.

05.01.2022 Final Back to School Update. We have a mountain or late orders to get through and we will be delivering right across the weekend and Monday. Our biggest problem is trying to get stock as all our suppliers have run out of stock of all the popular items so there will be backorders. Weve even been buying from every possible source (including our competitors!) but theyve run out of stock long ago. Can you please let us get on with clearing your orders and not contact us unt...il Sunday afternoon if you havent received your pack. The stress levels we are under are enormous and were only human too. Just as you do at school weve learned a lot too and next year the cut off date will be firm. We are a family run business that wants to support our local community and we dont want to let people down. Its an almost impossible task to provide our usual standard of service and price with the volume of orders we try to accommodate after our cut off date. It did get a bit stressful near the end as we received nearly 60% of our orders after our cut off date!
