20.01.2022 To all our past and future clients, Hair by marty would just like to give some insight about the current post circling around. We at Hair by Marty try our best to treat all our clients fairly and with the utmost respect. As a hair salon, we have a duty of care to uphold towards our clients. ... We are currently seeking legal advice on how to go about the current situation, we do not want to over step the line or make any accusations. As we have sympathised with the client from the beginning. I would just like to adress the fact that we were in atmost shock when the client came back, as during the service the client did not seem unsatisfied, although the client did return to complain about the services, Thats when we were made aware of the clients situation, we offered not only a refund we also offered to pay for any medical treatment needed, as well as offered weekly treatments in order to help the client gain their confidence back. We also followed our duty of care as a caring family business to make the effort to follow up with the client, making sure the client was okay. Unfortunately we didn't hear back until now. We would also like the client to know that our offer still stands and we will go above and beyond to keep our clients happy. And to clarify for any body wondering, we have not changed our business name we are still Hair By Marty, the only reason we have gone offline is due to the inappropriate messages we have been receiving.
