25.01.2022 First publication about the journey from success and the journey downwards. ‘thriving through failure’. So often the success we all aspire to can be snatched away so quickly and the lessons learnt on the way down are hidden as if embarrassed through not being strong or tough enough. Falling in love with the fitness industry has helped me so much building real relationships with real people who are on this same path. Lots of lessons coming soon.

16.01.2022 Today I spent a good 5 hours telling stories with Scott Bidmead working on the book. It’s amazing how much starts to poor out when you get started. I might be hitting up a few mates from the past for war stories to be included. Please DM me a favourite memory that we shared and it might just make it to print. (Censoring applies : )) It’s fun to look back at your life. Just like this picture we get our time in the sun and today I certainly reflected on this amazing journey called ‘life’. We only get one that I am aware of so you might as well enjoy it! Everyone dies but but not everyone lives. Life’s way to short....so go out there and live it.... make it worth reading about!

10.01.2022 Last night I was feeling a bit low going into Easter not spending it with my kids So I decided to pick up phone and call some old mates for a chat. What did we chat about ? Nothing life changing. No predetermined agenda just a chat. I went to bed happy. I woke up happy. The power of picking up the phone and reconnecting with people is powerful. Having faced the loneliness of depression having failed in a few areas of my life I finally worked out that the people who actually... mater don’t care about how successful you are. They care about you! No one cares that I do not live in a big house or drive the latest convertible. They care that I am ok. That makes make me feel ok. Fuck that no! It makes me feel Better than okay. To all the men out there it does not matter that you have not spoken to each other in a while. It’s a bloke thing to pick up where you left off. With a few more grey hairs or lack of ...but more war stories to share. : ) Happy Easter ‘It’s okay not to be ok’

I intend sharing in depth the challenges that can sometimes come your way in business and hopefully work through solutions so we can learn from my 25years in building companies around the globe. Having been at the top of my game and had my core business stop left me feeling like I had Unfinished business in this industry knowing I needed to bounce back....well this is it.
