She's back at it again, mini cut engaged while in lockdown during covid we have made some epic progression from AJs gaining Phase during the C MAS Period. . This woman is one of the hardest workers in the game, always applying herself every session, in and out of the gym. While balancing a very busy work life with big hours which only allows time for short applications for outside activities = fitness, socializing, and general what she ...wants to do. This means AJs spare time is very limited due to the workload so assigns, plans, and prioritises her time to meet her goals. . Just by staying consistent, following her routine, applying the OTF Formula with her Nutrition and Training shes destroyed this mini cut, and with no access to the gym for half the time it was a massive push to make her nutrition and mind power take over to bring in the goods and yet again hit another goal. . AJ continues to make results happen while enjoying life, food and be able to allow the pressure of the scales to yet again be exactly that, just a number. As most women demonize the scales, one of our biggest goals was to not use the scales as a measure but the feeling of how she feels overall, inside and out. She can now intuitively feel when she’s up or down, allowing that everyone’s different and allows herself to have what she wants when she needs it and when to moderate over progression. This is the biggest skill of them all, allowing to be able to let go and enjoy instead of trying to be a robot 24/7 . We are so proud of you yet again AJ, slaying it every time . 18.01.2022 When coming to @anytimefitnesslawnton I had the pleasure of jumping in with Taryn straight off the bat. Taryn applied herself quickly and started kicking ass and taking names. Learning the ropes and allowing for more food she soon found the new "eat more to lose more" approach was a lot more fun and produced better results than ever before . You can fast track your results when you have all the data to excel in your fitness journey with smart programming, so easy the only... way you could fail was to not do the recommended. As such Taryn got to eat all the delicious foods she likes, enjoy her social life and being a mum with the little ones chasing here around. . I'm not one to show an absolute break down of my preparation as thats myself and my coach to have. As such everyone is prepared differently and the plans are made for them not for people to re-use or delivering an sense of that worked for you so will work for me approuch. Do the work and seek the coaching that will get you there. . Im currently Maintaining tunnel vision approuch, meaning if its not good for me I take it out of my mind and stay the course of my destination. I've been preping for some time now since having previously wanting to compete in season B 2020. We were well on track and with uncertainty shifted our focus to Season A 2021 . After beginning Christmas last year we are entering into 58+ weeks give or take for this preparation to bring a flawless package to stage. Yes its been one of the biggest preps to date as has made me grow and take on more knowledge about my self and new parameters to achive such a worthy result for the boss man . We have 9 weeks to be ready and are well on schedule for the plan, followed by multiple shows and feds. . No fancy magic, just pure hard awareness of been consistently on point. Me and Kylie have been working together for just over a year with multiple transformations from full on shreds, photo shoots, gaining and my personal favourite mass gains for the bootay. Mastering her food and allowing her to get the right amounts of cals from 1600 being the highest to get in, to growing to the highest, an amazing 2200+ cals. 02.01.2022 Have you ever felt unhappy when you are full :) I can tell you there is no worse feeling than having an empty stomach when you're not full !!! Well I can say I have had my stomach soooo empty that I could eat the gyprock off the wall. (wouldn't recommend, but yes I have and no would not do again.) ... The point is life can be super chill and even better than you think with a full stomach. You ever felt angry or sad after a succlent meal ? So many carbs you get to sleep straight away? Smooth as kickback that nothing in the world can startle you because you give 0 fucks, the world could be burning and yet you are full and carry on with life? I feel full 8 times of the day, not for long though being back into a prep again - but I love the days that I don't have to do nothing but sit with the food. Now enough of the life to life.
