22.01.2022 *** COVID-19 UPDATE *** Hi to all our amazing followers and existing customers As our Covid-19 situation progresses, we will keep you all updated with ongoing changes we implement.... We have made the choice of protecting ourselves, our families, our staff and our customers. We are going to miss our big Hugzzzzzzzz as this Social Distancing is not realistic in this business that we love. We have been able to contact most of our brides in the last few days either by phone, text, voicemail or instore. The following procedures have been put in place as of 24/03/2020. We will be working from home and/or behind closed doors whilst we get through this tough period. All customer orders are on track as verified by all our amazing suppliers and we have contacted all our customers regarding pickup etc. We will be increasing our online store via our Off The Rack Bridal Website during this time and updating our other sites as well. We will be able to be contacted online, via email and for our existing customers, our personal phones. During this time, we will endeavor to upload some positive messages via our Facebook pages as well as through our websites. 16.01.2022 Closing Down Sale After 20 years in business together, we have decided to close our shop front. We will still be open and trading in our store way into December... and still trade online in the new year to ensure all orders etc are finalised.
