03.01.2022 This was me. This was unhealthy, if I stayed like this I was headed to some huge health issues. It is constantly something I battle with. Don’t think things just came easy to me, or that I have always been fit. I have worked hard and I wouldn’t change anything that I’ve done or had to experience to make me who I am. You’re not any different, don’t make excuses. You can achieve your goals, you just need to start. And take it one day at a time. Make the choice to be healthy, you won’t regret it.
