25.01.2022 John Dutton, you in there?

25.01.2022 Close ups I used to cringe seeing my bouquets after hours of being out of water, tossed around, carted across grassy paddocks, taken down inner city streets and left laying on any surface the bride could find to give those arm muscles a break. But now I love it. Love those blooms, cart them everywhere, show them a good time! The greatest things in life aren’t meant to last forever.

23.01.2022 Always a pleasure venturing home to the motherland to create a little floral magic for some beautiful people. This one was special

13.01.2022 And from that day on he whispered sweet nothings to her every chance he got. I often get asked is having a wedding worth it? The investment, the planning, the stress (particularly in 2020). As someone who has had a wedding (and contemplated eloping), yes! Your love deserves to be celebrated, whether a wedding or elopement. If we don’t celebrate our major life milestones life just becomes day to day. Our wedding was, and still is, the most loved up, memorable, fun day of my life. Totally worth it. I wish I could relive it. Anybody else want to weigh in?

13.01.2022 Allie, Trent and her blooms. Love being able to pop out to my flower beds and raid them for last minute additions like the hanging green amaranth. For all those at home; the green dangly bits. @ Townsville, Queensland

10.01.2022 Ahhh Thursday. The weekend is in reach. Grab a beer, a cider, a wine or a gin and dance your way to TGIF just like Steph and Jarrod rolled into their wedding reception. What fun these two had on their wedding day. Kacey Maree Photography

10.01.2022 We need more of you guys. Do you have any hobbies, is David into anything? He has this old car he loves. It’s a Valiant. Shut. The. Front. Door. Or should I say - Open the backyard gate. I am here for this. ... Amanda David. One I’ll never forget.

07.01.2022 Sydney + Trai "I asked you once how I would manage without you. You replied with that the sun will always rise in the morning and with that life will go on. You were right, the sun rises and life goes on around us. However, you didn't teach me how to deal with the deep pain I feel of missing you. Your vivacious smile, your infectious laugh, your alluring presences, you being you... I just miss you so much, it hurts to my core." Those are words Graham Winbank, Sydney's fath...er shared of his late wife Lisa Winbank. On the 12 August, just 3 weeks before Sydney and Trai's wedding, Sydney's beautiful mum Lisa passed peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. Her battle with ovarian cancer had come to an end. There was no mistaking just how much joy and love Lisa brought to those around her, and how much her children and her husband adored her. As Vicki Miller Photography, who captured the day said: "While Lisa may not have been physically present, she was all around". She was present in photographs of her placed at the ceremony and reception, the bridesmaids wore Lisa's dresses, a pendant on the bouquet, wedding jewellery, glassware used at Graham and Lisa's wedding was used by Sydney and Trai and Lisa's famous cake recipe was used by Sydney's dad to make their wedding cake. But for me, Lisa was most evident in the love shared between Sydney and Trai and their families. It was that all-encompassing, binding, infectious love. Sydney and Trai could not keep their hands off each other. The day was one of love and joy, and a day I feel incredibly privileged to be a part of. Lisa's cause has been established to assist with early detection and research for a cure.
