16.01.2022 STOP and THINK Before you Act! A classic example of how quickly and easily things can go wrong if we fail to just stop and think before we act. Even if you never use fire arms we can at least learn something from this guy Never look down the barrel of a gun. especially your own... ...... ... . . . .How close did he come to losing his life? STOP and THINK! Every day, we make decisions based on previous experience, life skills and the training that we have received to do our job safely and to the best of our ability, however it only takes a small lapse in concentration to lose site of the big picture. At OHS Systems Management Australia we want to make sure that we are avoiding these close calls and near misses, if not, at least report them so we can learn from our mistakes and put the controls in place to reduce the risk of a re-occurrence.
