23.01.2022 This stuff smells... AMAZING! It’s a root to tip serum {think after straightening / blow dry} but not super heavy like so many others I’ve tried. I’ve got quite fine hair, so many of the others I found just weighed my hair down. You also don’t need much of this, even less than some of the typical serum ‘pea size’ recommendations, and it spreads beautifully. The oils included have been picked based on their ability to nourish and smooth our hair ~ oils such as lavender, pep...permint, cedarwood, etc. . YUM! See more

23.01.2022 { Creative Living Beyond Fear ~ Elizabeth Gilbert} Network marketing, it’s a funny thing. Let me tell you a few reasons why I think so.... Have you ever made a purchase, based on something your friends have recommended? Be it a car make or model, certain brand of clothes, baby products or perhaps even a hairdresser or local mechanic? I’m going to say more than likely you have - no matter how big or small. I know I have. It’s how us humans work, on connection. We buy a product, we like it, we recommend it to our friends. Here’s a {friendly} dose of reality guys , what I do here is no different. I’m here because I want to be here. I’ve used the oils for over two years and personally found how they can positively affect my mood, home and life. So what do I do? I share them with others - the same way I would a hairdresser recommendation, or a pair of sunglasses I love. Another dose of reality - I don’t need the money. I have a daytime job of which I enjoy, and am paid well for. If you saw the exchange of my hours, outlay for classes, and other little knick-knacks to support my team vs. what I actually get paid doing this? You’d laugh too. I’m not here trying to rip anybody off, take your money and run, or sell you a product I don’t believe in. I have faith, I have belief, and I know the products WORK. These are plants, not some voodoo hippy concoction made up in someone’s back yard {this always makes me laugh!}. The scoffs, the snide remarks, or the comments people don’t think you hear. We’re in 2019 people. 2019! People join networking events in mainstream business everyday. Why? To network. Some of these tickets can be upwards of thousands of dollars, yet some peeps buy them without batting an eyelid. People attend them to network their businesses, their companies or their start ups. The only difference between those and mine? Mine is online. Online referral marketing. You exchange money for a product - just in the same way you would a car, a home or your cleaning products {which by the way you can also get through us!}. Money for a product peeps; money for a product. If it’s not your jam then cool, it’s not your jam. But don’t rain on my parade because you’re living in the 80’s still. Times’ a changin’, either get out of your own way, or get out of mine

21.01.2022 Stoked. Three month old iPhone XS Max craps itself. Just a coupla' thousand - nothing to sneeze at!! Drive an each way hour to the Apple Genius Bar to have it fixed; receive replacement instead. ... Arrive home, said replacement doesn’t work. 20.01.2022 This is the kit I started with, and the one I always recommend. The Home Essentials Kit is just that; it includes the top 10 essential oils for every home, and is the kit I run through at every single one of my classes. It’s the kit I use the most throughout my home {multiple times a day}, and for that reason, the kit I can easily talk of the most personal experience through. Want to hear Kit once more?! But seriously, there’s 250 drops in each bottle, & when I say you only... need one or two per application, you only need one or two per application. Oils such as lemon and peppermint; they’re something ridiculous like 0.12 or 0.13c per drop! These bottles will last you a long time. Approx two months ago I realised I’d run low on quite a few of them {despite topping up a couple of the super popular ones - lemon, lavender, tea tree etc} so rather than purchase the oils I needed, I SAVED money by purchasing another kit. The extra diffuser is a bonus! Guys, they’re not hippy rubbish. They WORK. These aren’t some synthesised version of an oil; they’re actual plant power. Straight from the plant themselves. 19.01.2022 Emotions & Essential Oils I had two wellness consults with new team members today; this is a super relaxed convo where I get together with any new members and focus solely on them; how THEY’RE going to get the most benefit from THEIR oils - whether they’ve enrolled with one, or a kit, this is an opportunity to focus solely on them & their individual wants or needs. It really showed me that no two people are the same. Whilst Bronnie first had a real focus on her physical bod...y; Veronica was not all that interested in the physical sense and wanted to talk about how she could best support her emotional health {one of my ALL TIME favourite ways to exploring the oils - I love this}. This is one of the older editions of the book, but it’s going to V until she receives her new one in the mail. Check out the dilution chart here for safe dilution and remember, always do a little test patch if you're ever concerned. * BABIES ~ 1 drop to 10 ml * 3+ YRS ~ 5 drops to 10 ml... * 15+ YRS / ADULTS ~ 10 drops to 10 ml The adult ratio I've quoted above is typically considered safe, unless you're working with some of the hotter oils {cinnamon, cassia, oregano} in which case you'll want to dilute further. 15.01.2022 I took this photo yesterday on the ferry over to the mainland. I felt good; I felt like I had it in the bag, so to speak. But for anyone following, they’ll know that transpired as the day went on this feeling didn’t continue, and I went to bed last night feeling rather sad. And beat. But rather than continue to soldier on where I was, knowing it wasn’t the best thing at the time for myself or my mental health, I knew I had to take a break. Today I drove around and made delive...ries; I connected with people. I let some of the pressure off, and I felt good. I feel good. Tomorrow, I’ll wake feeling refreshed and continue to help those who need it the most. There’s people counting on us right now, and I can’t wait. Keepin’ it real guys XX

14.01.2022 Do you ever make up what seems like the strangest combination, but it just works?! Take Cedarwood and Ylang Ylang combined for example - not so uncommon, right? They go beautifully together - the woody and the floral. Then try adding another - Cassia ... I did this a few months ago, I think from memory it was an intuitive pick. So not something I would have normally gone with. Hooked me within seconds and is lately my go-to. Warm and spicy mixed with woody and the floral TIP? Only add half the drops of Cassia to what you would the others. It’s a ‘warm’ oil so you only need a little bit {and always dilute!}. The kinder, not necessarily cooler sister to Cinnamon

01.01.2022 DIY Surface Spray This took all of 30 seconds guys, cheap as chips and no nasties! 1/2 water ... 1/2 white vinegar 10 drops lemon 10 drops lime You could also add a squirt of the On Guard cleaner concentrate if you wanted an extra punch, and sometimes I do, but it's not needed. Some other alternatives to this could be lemon + lime {cleansing, detoxifying, uplifting!} or tea tree + on guard. XX
