24.01.2022 Happy new year from Oishii Ramen Team! And yes, we are open today~ Introducing our 5th item in our new menu! Coming soon! Aburi Chashu Ontama Don ... Superstar 5: Massigura rice topped with Hot-Spring Egg and Spring Onion and our Famous succulent melt-in-your-mouth flame seared chashu! All of our rice dishes are served with Aomori Prefecture Massigura Rice. Interesting facts about Massigura Rice: Aomori Prefecture is the northernmost prefectural city on Honshu, Japans mainland. The Northern part of Japan is much cooler than Tokyo and the rest of Western Japan. It also benefits from a river of cool, crystal clear water that crosses the prefecture maintaining the high quality of the soil.
