21.01.2022 We need to celebrate the small things that we accomplish throughout the day, especially when we're all stuck inside. Isolation can cause feelings of sadness, loneliness, guilt, and it can heighten preexisting symptoms for those who suffer from a mental illness. It's important to be kind to yourself and remember that you might not be able to do the things you'd usually do on a typical day.... What did you accomplish today that you're proud of?

14.01.2022 Mondays were hard enough already, but when you're working from home (like we are), it can be almost impossible to work up the motivation to get the day started. Get yourself a strong coffee and try to dedicate a specific space in your home to work related activities. Your brain appreciated routine, and if you dedicate a space to work only, your brain will start to understand that when you're in that space, it's time to work.

We also hope you continued to social distance and stayed home. Remember, social distancing doesn't mean emotional distancing. You can still stay connected with your friends and family through phone calls, video calls, or text messages.

You could read a book, write a poem, draw a picture, do a puzzle, create a sculpture, build a fort, bake a cake... there are so many options that you can do inside your house using every day items.
