19.01.2022 Today we welcomed Lisa Wilson from Wishlist to receive a cheque for $547, raised through our Flinders Year 9 Market Day. The Business students were able to crea...te an amazing event which culminated in this wonderful donation to this very worthy Sunshine Coast charity. It was great to be able to hand over the cheque to Lisa as she just happens to be a Foundation student of Flinders and was actually in Mrs Lynch's Business class in 1993 and '94. Thank you Lisa for visiting the school today to receive our donation. See more

This year has been an unusual one to say the least and especially for our Year 12s they have missed out on most of the experiences you had as Year 12 students at Flinders SO we are reaching out to all of our Old Flinderians to ask if you would send a short video message to the Flinders Class of 2020 which will be shared with them at their Valedictory Dinner. The more messages we have the better, we will edit and... collate them into a video collage. I have attached some brief instructions so we can send them off with a powerful message. 10.01.2022 CLASS OF 2010 | 10 YEAR REUNION - CANCELLED At our Old Flinderians Association Committee meeting, held late last week, the decision was made to cancel the upcoming Class of 2010s 10-Year Reunion event. We are aware that limitations to interstate travel due to the border restrictions in place makes it unfair for those who want to attend the event but are not permitted to travel. ... We have received numerous emails from our interstate Old Flinderians, expressing that they would like to attend the reunion. For this reason, the 2020 reunion has been postponed until 2021. We will have a Class of 2010 reunion, albeit it will become an 11-year reunion! We may even consider combining it with next years 10-year reunion, depending on circumstances at the time. Please know that we are as disappointed as you are. A great deal of planning and effort goes into preparing for a wonderful event and we look forward to bringing you and your cohort together in 2021. If you havent already registered to join Flinders Connect, we are also delighted to invite you to join this new official networking platform for Old Flinderians.
