23.01.2022 VEGAN Cheezy Gluten-Free Muffins by @plant.steph Recipe for 6 small muffins (perfect for soup): 60g besan/chickpea/gram flour 40g polenta... 1tsp baking powder 1/2tsp chilli powder (optional) 1tsp mixed herbs pinch salt 40g grated @olianafoods tasty cheese 40g vegan ham pieces (optional) 3/4 cup water Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, evenly spread mixture between 6 greased muffin cases. Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked!

Recipe heavily inspired by @jilldupleix 1 Brown 1 onion, add 2 garlic cloves 1 can crushed tomatoes, 1tbsp tomato paste & 2 cups water. 2 Stir in 2 bay leaves, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley, dill & a pinch of coconut sugar 3 Simmer for 20mins. Add 1 can butter beans & simmer for a further 10mins. 4 Fry feta for 5 mins and place on top of stew. 5 Serve with your favourite wholemeal toast and a drizzle of olive oil.

03.01.2022 #Repost via @jessica_prescott_ Last nights nachos To me, perfect nachos are when the toppings are plentiful enough to make the corn chips semi-soggy, so you can fold a chip onto itself with lots of fillings inside, kinda like a mini taco. These were exactly that, perfection in every way. A vague recipe: @feel_good_foods salted corn chips, my signature black beans, @olianafoods cheddar cheese and then into the oven and forgotten about until I thought I smelt the chips burning out of the oven and topped with homemade salsa (recipe in my first book but its basically just corn, red onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander and heaps of lime), cashew cream and guac. And then some more coriander and chilli flakes for the photo so good.
