For those small gifts that can be so important Limes pressed whole with Olives to make a special brew called Lime agrumata Use Lime Agrumata to:... Drizzle on steamed veggies- Sprinkle on a green salad Activate the antioxidants of gently warmed tomatoes Fill the upside down gills of mushroom cups and slow roast -maybe add a poached egg in the middle or broccolini- Spread on warm toast when there is nothing else to eat Roll around shelled prawns then scatter on hot stones Hussle up with yabby ginger and chilli Preserve naturally fermented green olives Poach with figs and guava ........Not much use really$6 each or 12 for $60.

13.01.2022 There is a positive side to frost on olive trees It controls insects and fungi that 'bug' the trees and fungi - but this looks rather chilly not chilli .. Here we are Still trying our best to harvest but from trees that are cold but not as cold like this

We have 30 ha of of mixed eucalypt and other natives in tree plantations contributing to carbon fixation, a 200 acre sanctuary of repairing steep country and other plantings that contribute to the environment. Mixed value adding coordination is a challenge, but well worth it.
