24.01.2022 Nearly at the end of our harvest. De-leafing, de-stalking and grading takes a long time. 6 hours in the grove = at least 3 hours processing. Our new grading machine is now working flawlessly thanks in large part due to Nick. 21.01.2022 5 years and 3 days ago the fires that burnt Black Hill also came through our Olive Grove. About 30% of our trees were burnt. Some survived, some didn't. This tree is typical of the ones that survived by growing new shoots that we eventually pruned to form a new tree. You can see the stump of the orginal tree!
