Danielle + Marks brief was a black tie seaside wedding, local to their home - surrounded by lots of family + friends, not a lot of a formalities - just great food + drinks, simple touches of biscuit and pink linens, tumbling orchids + roses, suspended greenery, a relaxed DJ - and a nice little pair of gin palomas and margaritas on arrival. People were invited to dine on a 550-yard long table set on the Charles Bridge where around 2,000 seats were set up.... Those who wished to attend had to reserve a space in advance and were encouraged to bring their own drinks and food.

Look no further than this Pomegranate Spritz: 200ml orange juice 120ml pomegranate juice 150ml gin 3 limes... 75cl bottle prosecco Pomegranate seeds to serve (Ive recently found frozen ones at Woolies if you cant find some fresh local ones) Makes 8. Mix together the orange and pomegranate juices, gin and lime juice in a jug. Pour into glasses, top up with prosecco and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
