My mum would wake up early on Sunday morning to get the Napoli sauce ready for our Sunday lunch with the whole family. The sauce would need to slow cook for at least 4 hours to achieve the intense, rich flavour needed for an unforgettable meal.... Such dedication from her would then turn into a delicious pasta dish, like cannelloni, or lasagne or some fresh pasta that we prepared together on Saturday afternoon. .
