13.01.2022 The weekend is upon us. I get that there may not be the same level of excitement and anticipation that weekends used to generate. However, use this time of #stayhome as an opportunity to do something different at home that you don’t normally do. We have started doing a #stayhome date night we ditch the comfy casual clothes and get dressed up, we order takeaway rather than cooking, and we enjoy a nice bottle of wine. By doing this it feels like a treat and gives us somethi...ng to look forward to as the weekend approaches. Furthermore, the planning for our date night also generates discussion and activity during the week as we decide what takeaway will we order, what wine will drink, etc. It’s the little things we need to find joy in. What’s something nice you can plan to do this weekend? Virtual happy hour with friends? Themed family dinner with a beautifully decorated table? Family games night? Plan something fun for yourself and have a good weekend.
