JOY, you are a truly amazing woman whom I love and respect so highly. You have created millions of opportunities and pathways for so many in life and has embraced diversity and led so many staff and students to a higher place. I simply can't speak highly enough! You are a stellar example of strength, acceptance, passion, honour and love and walk this earth every day with grace. So sad that I can't be there today for this momentous occasion, however I raise my glass to you today in recognition of all you have done, the seeds that you have planted and for your next chapter in life.
