12.01.2022 Last night during Olympia FC board meeting, George Mamacas resigned as President and stepped off the board. The Club would like to thank George for his dedicati...on, hard work and passion towards the club. This started from the age of 2 when he attended his first game with his father. Over the last 11 years as President he has guided the club and helped build it into a great club. George helped secure the club a home ground and went about building a fantastic all weather pitch. From that time it has grown from strength to strength, with teams growing from 5 teams ten years ago to 26 current teams. George has always been a colourful person to have around the club and will be sorely missed. Last night George Verrios was elected as Olympia FC new president. George has been treasurer of the club for the past 11 years and in the early 2000 was club secretary. George has a long history with the club. George is passionate about continuing to improve the club and continuing to making a more professional club. Thankyou to our George’s
