20.01.2022 A big thank you to Jul and chef Tre @samuigoodherb for an amazing morning learning to cook our favourite Thai dishes! Our day started with a tour of the gorgeous organic herb garden, picking the ingredients for our dishes as Jul educated us on all the wonderful benefits of the plants and herbs we were using. It was such a privilege to learn to cook some of the flavoursome dishes that Thailand is famous for using local, home grown organic ingredients. Thank you Jul and Tre for a wonderful experience and recipes we will take back with us and remember Thailand with a smile and a full stomach! As one of the many unique locations on offer, we have been granted access to a UNESCO site where we will travel by 4X4 vehicles into the jungle to the ancient stone ruins of an Ayurveda Hospital previously inhabited by Buddhist Monks more than 2500 years ago.
