20.01.2022 Frequently asked questions : Q How often do you pickup? A Once every 4 weeks... Q Can we postpone a pickup if not full? A Bags are only postponed for 4 weeks if it is completely empty, quarter or half full bags are emptied Q How much are the bags? A It's $18 per bag as some customers have extra bags. Q Do I have to pay when you drop off the bag and stand for the first time? A No The first bag pickup is FREE. You would pay on the second pickup. And there is no setup costs or upfront charges. Q When do I know when you are coming to collect my bag? A On every invoice will always show your next pickup date. Q Is there any money to be paid upfront? A No. There is no setup costs or hidden costs. As a new customer we ask that you stay at least 3 paid pickups as the first is FREE. Q How do I pay? A If you forget to leave the money out just contact the office to arrange payment. Q How much can I fill the bag? A Up to 50kg and not over the top of the stand. If the bag is too heavy to move the driver will let you know. As per occupational health and safety we ask that you are mindful with the weight of the bags as we don't want the driver to injury himself trying to lift a 150kg bag. Please be mindful if it rains the bag can get very heavy. For any further enq please contact the office on 3888 3750 and they will help you with any further questions.

11.01.2022 Due to Coronavirus Epidemic I please ask that when your driver comes to empty your bag, could you plese stay at least 1.5 meters away at all times due to social distacing rules, if you are leaving cash for your driver could you please leave money inside of an envelope instead of plastic zip lock bags. We will come out and set up our bag and frame and all you will have to do is fill the bag with green waste which we will recycle for you. We come out once every 4 weeks to pickup your garden bag.
