22.01.2022 OMG YOGA is excited to be offering an inspiring & positive workshop to welcome the new year. Kids Yoga/Mindfulness Workshop is for kids aged 8- 12 years. This workshop is a great holiday activity for your kids. ... We discuss and learn about the benefits of yoga, through movement and yogi games. Then we will be participating in a mindfulness activity where your child has the opportunity to create their very own " Dream Board", which is all based around positive affirmations, self-inquiry and creativity. The session will finish off with a guided mediation. A time to reflect, relax and enjoy the stillness.
