22.01.2022 Monday Giggle (Have a read ) This Stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne is getting old and quite frankly Ive had enough. Ive discussed the matter over a cup of coffee with my new kitchen sink, and we both agree that the experience is draining. I didnt mention anything to the washing machine as she puts the wrong spin on everything . Same with the fridge. He only gives me the cold shoulder.... I asked my bedside lamp, but she couldnt shed any new light on the situation. The vacuum cleaner was rather rude and told me to suck it up Princess. The carpet advised me to sweep my feelings under the rug, however the fan was more upbeat and thought that the crisis would soon blow over. The toilet looked a bit flushed and didnt offer an opinion apart from "sit down". The wall didnt say a word either, just gave me a blank stare. The doorknob was more forthcoming - told me to get a firm grip on the situation and move on. The front door declared I was unhinged and the curtains told me to.....you guessed it - pull myself together. Then the chair told me to table it, and the table remarked , I didnt have a leg to stand on. When I told the table to break a leg, the mirror said that my comments reflected poorly on my thinking .

We are so heavily booked with new and existing clients for all home cleaning and sanitising requirements. We have made a number of posts online regarding our cancellation policy - This is now being heavily enforced as we can no longer sustain the last minute booking cancellations/reschedules. 10.01.2022 To ALL of our valued Clients & Followers, We have been receiving quite a lot of messages regarding if we are still working during the Stage 3 Lock-down - YES :) We are are still working; as cleaners come under healthcare (essential) workers.... First of all, on behalf of the On Point Team; we want to thank you so much for entrusting us with cleaning your home. We are so grateful for all your support. While we encourage our communities not to panic - we do wish to join forces, to help stop the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We want our community to know that we are prepared and will continue to keep health and safety a top priority. We have developed a protocol which we will implement immediately, and will continue to enforce, until the virus has been contained and is no longer a risk to our staff, our clients and the general population. We will monitor virus updates regularly from local, and state organizations and act accordingly and keep our organization educated on all and any necessary measures we need to take to prevent the spread of germs. **Our expectations of you as our client:** If you or any of your family are unwell with runny nose, fever, cough, sore throat, (even if it is not covid) please let us know as we will need to reschedule your clean to a later date. Keeping a distance of 1.5 metres between yourself and staff (being in another room is even better) would be appreciated to limit the risks to both parties. **Your expectation of us:** To avoid the spread of germs to other staff, clients and our own immediate family - we have informed all staff members that they are NOT to come into work if they have runny nose, fever, cough, sore throat (even if not covid) or any symptoms of coronavirus. We would appreciate your flexibility in understanding if clean times are shifted last minute, or rescheduled to another day. Even though we have 16 staff, we are fully booked most days, so may not be able to find you a replacement team. Reliability of our staff has always been important - but safety has to take precedence at the moment. Cleaners will wash their hands upon entering your home, and again just after exiting your home, even though they will also use gloves at all times. What amazing weather we had to celebrate it Wow do we miss you all! ... In regards to On Point Cleaning; after todays press conference and in alignment with the Government regulations - We will be re-opening on the 26th October (or when the third step commences) with a COVIDSAFE plan. When we resume services the guidelines for all staff will be strictly adhered too - mask and gloves will be worn at all times, all equipment cleaned and thoroughly sanitised before every clean. Whilst we still have 7 weeks to wait before we can reopen, we are working on a lot of new and exciting things behind the scenes at On Point which we cannot wait to share with you at the end of October. Empty any excess oil and water left in the diffuser After unplugging the device from the power supply, empty any essential oil left in the device. Make sure you pour away from any operating buttons found on the diffuser. Wipe the inside of diffuser ...Using a tiny amount of detergent, wipe the inside with a small cloth or sponge. Remove any build-up in a gentle manner. Wipe the outside of the diffuser Complete step 2 on the outside of the diffuser. Rinse and dry Give the diffuser and water tank a rinse and leave to dry.
