16.01.2022 It's launch day and what better timing than a day that traditionally celebrates love. When Rhys died, I looked for books and searched online for information about childloss. I didn't want to feel so alone and isolated. I didn't know how to continue. I couldn't find anything that really spoke to me about exactly how I was feeling. 06.01.2022 This is serious for the vulnerable and aged and I will continue to be cautious and respectful to others but we need to be resilient and take control of how we react to fear and uncomfortable situations. Trust your gut, make decisions and just get on with living. This too shall pass. This is definitely not my 10 out of 10. #5/10 #findclarity
