We have reviewed the latest information on COVID-19, and you can rest assured that our standards regarding health, hygiene and cleaning of linen and our premises, are already ahead of industry best practice. ... Our existing strict laundering hygiene procedures and practices (thermal and chemical) mean that your clean linen will be free from germs/viruses that the linen may have previously come into contact with. Similarly we are continuing our vigilance as always, with the use of appropriate protective workwear and existing thermal and chemical disinfection processes on all of our machinery/work surfaces to ensure a safe workplace for our staff. We also now kindly request that clients, cleaners and other visitors not go beyond our front desk area, and if you are feeling unwell or have recently travelled overseas, feel free to contact us about our pick up/delivery service.
