16.01.2022 One Punch Can Kill is owned by the Queensland Homicide Victims’ Support Group (QHVSG). Our organisation has the formal responsibility of responding to each and every homicide in QLD. We work closely with the State Crime Command to provide long term support to the loved ones who are left behind. We have done this since 1995. ... It is abhorrent that QLD on average has 50 homicides per year; these are real lives, not fleeting moments that we see in the media. This has to stop. Teach our children the value of peaceful conflict resolution and the value of life. Call out violence of any kind. Refuse to be a part of the problem. It’s time for this world to grow up.
