25.01.2022 I loved this cake more than words. Such a beautiful, elegant design. Something different, and timeless. Copper colouring on a buttercream base. Two tiers of delight to celebrate Trinity’s 18th birthday in style at the Whitsunday Sailing Club... Topper supplied by the client.

21.01.2022 I love a cake that I can share!!! I squeezed all my cakes into one day yesterday so I could spend time with some friends who are travelling through today. I literally whipped this bad boy together to take out to dinner with us last night at my favourite place in the world (aka Anchor Bar Airlie Beach)... There was 13 of us, and we still had cake to spare! Check out the inside... vanilla cake sandwiched between moist chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream and topped with tempered chocolate bark and lots of goodies!!!

08.01.2022 I’m in LOVE with black buttercream. This uses an awesome black cocoa powder which reduces the amount of black food colouring you need to use. Mixed with yummy dark chocolate, it makes a delicious combo for your cake.

Three layers or Caribbean Carrot Cake with vanilla buttercream, and tones of black ganache and a black ganache drip. Topped with lots of yummies and an amazing topper by the ever creative Zoe from Topped With Love - Custom Made Designs by Zoe... This was for a very dear friend of mines’s husbands birthday. His plans changed multiple times due to COVID so I’m glad he got to celebrate with cake, even if it was only with family!!! Happy 40th Brett!!!
