17.01.2022 Additional living space. Extending the rear of the house to form new kitchen and dining area. Recycling the not so old existing kitchen into a laundry/ butlers pantry,incorporating the fridge into this space as well. Making room for a new main bathroom, with the existing being turned into an ensuite of the main bedroom.... Removing the existing asbestos fibro wall cladding and external toilet, replacing with new prime lock boards, with new aluminium windows all round to replace the existing timber double hung windows.

09.01.2022 Our Cronulla job is now complete. New rear pergola area which has been re pitched to the existing house eliminating the rear gutter overflow problem at the rear French doors. 3 skylights for additional sun light to the dinning and lounge room. With the addition of a new garage alongside the existing single car garage, complete with 2 new motorised tilt a doors, makes it easy access in any weather.

08.01.2022 Bathroom and ensuite renovation, with new windows,feature bed head to main bedroom, complete,with 2 way switching behind the bed, so no more getting out of bed to turn the bedroom light off or,walking to the bed in the dark. New internal bedroom doors, and barn door slider to ensuite entrance. And square set door jamb to the hallway linen press.
