They do it for the ...people and their reward is the happiness that is experienced when travelling. COVID-19 has impacted the travel industry more than any other industry out there. Respectfully, many businesses have been impacted but I don't know of any other industry that has not only had their future prospective earning cut dramatically, but have been forced to pay back every cent of their past years earnings as we work hard to refund the customer in full. Media backlash has ensured that the knowledge and experience that is required to create a perfect holiday, along with the expertise that has been required to decipher the rolling policies of hundreds of airlines, cruise lines, tour operators and hotels, is worth nothing and is experience that can not be charged for. What I ask, is that you remember your local Travel Agent. We have always been there for you and now we need you to be there for us. 10.01.2022 Flashback to when I had the opportunity to backpack through Laos. What a stunningly beautiful country. The landscape was amazing, from limestone mountains to waterfalls highlighted by a hot air balloon ride over Vang Vieng.
