25.01.2022 Just because you cant have exactly what you want, doesnt mean you cant have something amazing! @joeltrondotcoms client had his heart set on a traditional eyebrow piercing, but his anatomy was less than ideal. 07.01.2022 Its finally happening!! Weve heard the great news from our WA government today: we are officially allowed to reopen Saturday, June 6th! We are so thrilled to be able to see all of your beautiful, sparkly faces again, and to finally get back to doing what we love. We cant thank you enough for all of your support and encouragement over such a tough time for small businesses Our online booking system is now OPEN! (www.opalheart.com.au/book) Please be advised that we are... taking appointments for checkups, downsizes, and change over services ONLY at this time in order to assist clients with urgent issues. You will be able to book in piercings and other services from Thursday the 4th. Please be aware of the following changes to our studio operations which will be in effect upon reopening: We are strictly APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you arrive at the studio without an appointment, we will be unable to see you or allow you into the studio. Even if you just want to look at jewellery or ask a question, you will need an appointment! No guests or plus ones for appointments, with the exception of ONE parent/guardian accompanying minors. If you arrive with a friend or family member who doesnt have an appointment, they will need to wait outside of the studio. Upon entering the studio, you will be asked to use the hand santiser provided. As always, we ask that you do not handle your piercings or jewellery at any time while in the studio. Please DO NOT come to your appointment if you are sick, have been sick within the last 14 days, or have been in contact with someone who is. Piercings are fun, but not essential you should stay home and reschedule! In addition to our already very high hygiene standards, we will be adding EVEN MORE to our cleaning and disinfection practices, so you can enjoy your appointment without having to worry about any yuckies or nasties. 07.01.2022 WA! Its incredible how well we have done so far in looking after each other, and that means were well on our way to being able to reopen again safely. Well done! Heres what we know right now, and our plan going forward: We are included in Stage 3 of WAs roadmap to easing COVID-19 restrictions, which means that its possible we could be open as early as June 14th!... This roadmap is not set in stone, and is subject to change as per the governments guidelines (keep up to date with these here: https://www.wa.gov.au//dep/covid-19-coronavirus-wa-roadmap) When we do reopen, our studio will need to operate a little differently to allow for social distancing, and to provide for everyones safety. Watch this space for more details regarding these new studio policies in the coming weeks. We will reopen our online booking system as soon as we know a certain reopen date, and will announce it here as soon as we do.
