19.01.2022 Welcome to Open Door Warehouse THE (SHORT) STORY SO FAR... ODW was inspired to provide a buying platform for RC products, particularly cars, to buy on-line which didnt need a second mortgage on the family home or lasted five minutes and either broke apart or putted along at a breakneck speed of .0025mph and sent you asleep while you pretended to be enthused.... *We bought and tested multiple expensive products. We tore them up and down tracks, through water, through sand, snow and snot. We tested them in the air, how they landed and how they gripped and finally, we tore them apart to see how they ticked. *Then we went to the slow-poke battery powered ones which, in a word, sent us all to sleep. Do they have a place? Certainly. Family and friends 3-4 yr olds take them for a spin, but mostly they spend more time on the battery chargers than on the track. Does all that make sense? Well it did to us, so we set about sourcing existing quality products, or even going OEM (designed and developed with manufacturers) to give you the products you wanted for the price you can afford. Sounds really simple, doesnt it? Well it wasnt because it seemed the products just didnt exist. And in the main, they didnt! So, where to from here? Long story short, we joined with some fantastic developers and are proud to be now bringing to you the first of our products. How come they look like everything else thats out there, I can hear you ask? Well there was really nothing wrong with most product exteriors. We believed, however, that it was the insides and performance that counts just as much as the outside, but with the much lower $ tag. Now I see you smiling, because you know you want to give it a go. Well you soon can. The first of them are featured on the home site and the expected release date is now less than one month away. We have 2 PRO 1:10 & 1:9 scale 4WD rally cars which will leave you wondering why you didnt have them before, 2 4WD 1:10 scale off-road buggy and truck, 1 x super, real life excavator just like the big suckers and 1 x M1A1 Abrams multi function war tank with more on the way soon.
