17.01.2022 This woman!!!! What a beautiful soul. Siri is the woman who has been walking my Australian journey with me the longest - even before I officially moved here and just came on visits. I’ve seen her become a mother; she has seen me become a wife. She’s intuitive and has so much love to give - a kind of love that the world needs, a love that does not discriminate. She asks questions about the world and how she can play a part in bettering it. I’ve had so many meaningful conversations with Siri that put many things into perspective for me. This is a remarkable woman. Isn’t she gorgeous?

08.01.2022 [ wild angel ] Some months ago, I had the privilege of photographing this phenomenal young lady, @rhianna.ai Rhianna sings, writes, dances, acts and models. She has proven herself to be a young performer to look out for in the future. But apart from being so talented, what struck me about Rhianna was her sunshine, her kind spirit, her loving nature. 05.01.2022 What a stunner to end this project off with. Alexandra has such a kind and uplifting spirit. She brings positive vibes wherever she goes. Alexandra can sing, act and dance (she was the adorable and hilarious Lady Ella with the cymbals in Gilbert and Sullivan’s Patience in 2018). She’s also studying to become a teacher last time I checked. A busybody with so much to offer the world. I’m so grateful to have met Alex and to have been able to capture her beauty. Simply gorgeous!

02.01.2022 We recently moved to Melbourne after living in Perth for about 2 years. I was so fortunate to have met some of the most incredible souls roaming the earth. People I sang with, laughed with, shared experiences with. People who were kind and welcoming to us while we found our feet in a new country. This project started a year ago already. I wanted to photograph some of the first women that I met in Australia. While there were many more incredible women on my list, time caught u...p with me. I did manage to get nine gorgeous ladies to sit down for me, all connected by a blue headscarf. Now that I’ve (kind of) settled into our new place amidst all the chaos outside, I’ve found comfort in these kind and beautiful faces. Over the next few days, I hope I can spread a bit of beauty and hope. We are all in this together. I look into these women’s eyes and I can almost hear them saying: It will all be okay.
