11.01.2022 Christmas Mini Sessions! I have been a bit slow to announce mini sessions this year but have finally settled on a date, location and theme! A mock set-up to show you all exactly what to expect will take place early in November (when I can hire the space for the shoot) and those images will be released with booking details on November 9th!... So far, here's what I've got for you: Date: November 22nd 2020 Location: The Prop Smith Warehouse in Fyshwick The idea: Picture this....A natural light warehouse studio, a vintage sofa, a wreath will hang from above, Christmas trees, pine cones, brown paper packages and a gift for each child! An opportunity for a non-Christmas themed, minimalist family portrait is also available. Expressions of interest and pre-bookings available! email: [email protected]

A minimalist family portrait (not christmas themed) is also included so you can display your images all year round. 09.01.2022 James & Grace... . . . For me, there is nothing better than rocking up to a wedding and being welcomed by familiar faces.... I met James and Grace just over 2 years ago. I was photographing James's sisters wedding, in Hawaii. I had a wonderful, easy-going connection to their family. They are all so joyful. So friendly. So...TALL!!! So of course I was overjoyed to be asked to photograph another wedding for this lovely family. James and Grace only asked me to be their photographer a couple of months before their wedding. In normal wedding circumstances this is considered a late booking. Under 2020 covid circumstances its completely understandable. They saw a chance for immediate family who lived interstate to make it to Canberra for Christmas, so 2 days before Christmas they were married. The ceremony was beautiful, with stories of how they met, became friends and fell in love at a Josh Pyke concert. Our photo session was a little bit fun, a little bit romantic and just really comfortable and relaxed. Everyone drank and ate what was no doubt scrumptious food at Parlour (because the food at Parlour is always scrumptious!) and I think everyone had a lovely and connected day. I think small weddings, with just the people that count the most in your world, the #1's, just make everyone feel more connected. To each other and to the moment...how special to be a part of something so intimate and so sacred.

04.01.2022 Heres to new friends. You can never have enough of them, in my opinion. As soon as I met this family on the soccer field a few months ago I could feel their warm and friendly nature. Dad is a gun soccer coach and as a thank you for all the time and effort he put into training nights and cold, wet, early Saturday mornings I gifted this beautiful family their portrait session.

01.01.2022 10.10.20 Emma and Ben's wedding was an absolute dream to photograph! These two were married at the stunningly gorgeous Nimbo Fork Lodge in Tumut. The best bit was the couples chocolate Dobermann, Dooey who walked down the aisle and even the had his aunty human read his special message during the ceremony! Venue: Nimbo Fork Lodge...
