Wear your glasses on top of your mask, forming a type of seal, letting less air through. 2. Ensure the general fit of the mask is snug, use the clip on the nose if it has one and tie knots on the strings tighter if you need to. 3. Consider wearing contact lenses if you can. Youll need:... - Chia seeds - Unsweetened plant milk - Vanilla - Pure maple syrup (optional) Place chia seeds, plant milk, vanilla and sweetener (optional) in a container or bowl and mix well. Stir twice. Place covered in the refrigerator and stir again after 5 and 10 minutes to keep the seeds from settling at the bottom. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
